If you’re like me, you’ve probably felt it too — that mix of curiosity and uncertainty as AI shows up more and more in our businesses and daily lives.
Some days I’m amazed at what’s possible. Other days, I pause, take a breath, and remind myself that it’s okay not to have all the answers yet.
The truth is, we’re living through real change. AI isn’t something far off anymore — it’s writing, designing, analyzing, and even learning to walk and talk.
And while it can feel like a lot sometimes, I keep coming back to this:
We’ve been through big changes before.
This is another one. And when we stay present, we can find the bright side of change.
How I’m Staying on the Bright Side of Change
Instead of rushing to keep up or resisting the changes, I’m finding my own steady way to welcome AI into my work while staying grounded in what matters most:
- Relationships. Trust, care, and connection will always belong to us.
- Creativity. AI can generate, but real imagination still lives within us.
- Values. Integrity, kindness, and service will continue to guide my work.
- Presence. Listening, encouraging, and helping others find clarity will always be valuable.
- Learning enough to lead. I don’t need to know everything. But I want to understand enough to support others as we grow together.
Creating spaces for humans. Coaching, mentoring, guiding — these are places where our presence truly matters.
Some Trends I’m Paying Attention To
Beyond the headlines, here are a few shifts that I believe entrepreneurs may want to start noticing:
Vibe Coding (or Vibecoding)
Vibe coding is a newer way of working with AI to create software. Instead of writing code from scratch, you simply describe what you want the program to do — almost like explaining it to a helpful assistant. The AI then generates the code based on your description. Your role becomes more about guiding, reviewing, and adjusting what the AI creates, rather than doing all the coding yourself.
AI Agents
We’re seeing a rise in AI-powered systems that can plan, schedule, research, and even run small parts of a business without constant human input. These personal assistants are getting more capable every month.
Humanoids
We’re now seeing the early stages of AI-powered robots that can move, walk, speak, and physically interact with humans. Companies are already testing humanoid robots for roles in customer service, healthcare, and hospitality. While still in development, they represent a growing part of AI’s future that may soon impact how businesses deliver certain services.
AI Co-Pilots for Entrepreneurs
AI is becoming like a second brain — helping process notes, structure ideas, organize tasks, and even give feedback in real time. Tools like Notion AI, Mem.ai, and Microsoft’s Copilot are early signs of where this is headed.
Real-Time Personalization
AI is beginning to personalize marketing, coaching, and client experiences instantly, creating more individualized ways to serve customers based on live data.
AI + Longevity
AI is contributing to breakthroughs in health, wellness, and how we think about aging — which may impact how long we choose to lead, work, and serve.
AI-Enhanced Creativity
AI isn’t just producing content — it’s becoming a creative partner. It can help brainstorm, offer variations, and stretch our thinking in ways we may not have seen on our own.
How I’m Moving Forward With AI (In Small, Simple Steps):
- Write down what feels uncertain about AI
- Stay clear on my human strengths
- Pick one AI tool to explore
- Block 30 minutes a week to practice
- Find someone to share and learn with
- Keep asking: Will this help me serve better?
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
If you’re feeling unsure (I’ve felt it too), know this: you’re not behind. You’re exactly where you need to be.
If you’d like support as you stay on the bright side of change — building your business while staying grounded and true to yourself — I’d be honored to help.
